“To go and lay down in that sense of it”
“To go and lay down in that sense of it” — A lovely quote from skateboarder Rodney Mullen in the Tony Hawk biopic.
Rodney is discussing his purpose for continuing to skate as he gets older; despite challenges with his body, he *has* to skate. Skating is embedded in his live and comes from a deeper purpose.
Being connected to your purpose is powerful, giving you a depth and richness to life. Sometimes staying connected to your purpose may cause you to do activities that others question, but they do not know the intangibles that are deeply interwoven with your purpose.
Living with purpose gives you a vitality that others can *feel* — a zest for life that permeates every space you enter. As you move through life in this way, teach others to do the same; the world benefits from more people who are living with purpose!
